Shipping Policy
When will my first box be shipped?
Your first box will be shipped as soon as our fulfillment team processes your order. All subsequent boxes will be shipped between the second and third week of every month.
Note: For Month-to-Month subscriptions, the 25th of the month is the cut-off date to receive the next month’s box. If you sign up after the 25th, your next billing will be on the 1st of the month following the next. For example, signing up on January 28th means the next billing is March 1st.
For 3, 6, or 12-month pre-paid subscriptions, the cut-off date is the 20th of the month.

Is shipping free in the United States?
Yes! Shipping is free to all addresses across Germany.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and most rural areas across Germany. However, international deliveries to restricted or military locations may not be supported due to import restrictions.
How often do I receive a delivery of Treats?
You will receive a box once a month. Your first box ships shortly after purchase, and future boxes are shipped between the 2nd and 3rd week of every month.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses?

How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your Treats account, navigate to your Account page, scroll to Shipping Address, click “Edit,” make your changes, and click “Save.”
How long does shipping take?
Germany: Boxes are shipped via Germany Post or Sendle. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
International: Orders are shipped via Germany Post International or DHL eCommerce. Delivery times vary from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services.
