Refund Policy

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards on our Checkout page. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

How soon are my orders processed?

Orders are processed the same day they are received. Your first box will be dispatched as soon as our fulfillment team completes the packing. Subsequent boxes are shipped between the second and third week of each month from our German warehouse.

What is your policy on refunds?

We offer a refund for the retail value of any item in your box that arrives missing or damaged. A full refund will also be provided for boxes lost in transit.

Important: Cancellations must be made before your box is shipped. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to reverse charges or issue refunds.

How do I change my billing information?

You can update your billing information by visiting your Treats Account page. Scroll to the “Credit Card” section and click “Edit.” Update your details on the next page and click “Save” to confirm.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! Simply log into your Account page, go to “Your Subscription,” and click “Edit.” From there, you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by:

Emailing us at hello@savvyshops.com (be sure to use the email linked to your subscription), or Logging into your Account, selecting “Edit” under “Your Subscription,” and choosing the cancel option.

Reminder: Cancellations must be submitted before your box ships. Once it’s shipped, we cannot provide refunds or reverse charges.
